Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter

This promotion is conducted by 2773 Pty Ltd trading as Laughin’ Boy Cafe and Cafe 2773 Glenbrook, ABN 82 166 193 568 of Ross Street Glenbrook NSW 2773. .

The prize is supplied in partnership with City Cave Float & Wellness Centre Penrith (“City Cave Penrith”). City Cave Penrith is not the promoter of this competition and is not responsible for conducting the draw.

By entering, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. The promotion period

Entries open at 6:00am and close at 4:00pm on Sunday, 6 September, 2026 (Father’s Day). Entries received outside that window will not be accepted.

All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney).


3. Who can enter

Entry is open to people who:

– are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

– are residents of New South Wales, Australia; and

– attend Cafe 2773 Glenbrook, Ross St Glenbrook or Laughin’ Boy Cafe, River Road, Emu Plains, in person during the promotion period.

Entry is only available in person at Cafe 2773 Glenbrook or Laughin’ Boy Cafe during the promotion period. No purchase is necessary to enter.

The following people are not eligible to enter: employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, of City Cave Penrith, and of Berri Marketing (the agency conducting this promotion on the Promoter’s behalf), and anyone involved in determining the winner.

4. How to enter

To enter, you must:

  1. scan the QR code displayed in Cafe 2773 or Laughin’ Boy Cafe during the promotion period;
  2. complete the entry form on the landing page at https://go.2773glenbrook.com.au/ with your full name, phone number, and email address;
  3. subscribe to the 2773 Group email database as part of completing that form; and
  4. submit the form before entries close.

Subscribing to the 2773 Group database is a condition of entry. You may unsubscribe at any time, including immediately after entering, and unsubscribing will not affect a valid entry already submitted.

Your details will be collected by the Promoter and City Cave Penrith. 

Incomplete entries, entries submitted after the closing time, and entries containing false or inaccurate details will be invalid.

 

5. Entries

One entry per person. Where more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first valid entry will go into the draw.

The Promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes has been submitted using automated means, a false identity, or in breach of these terms.

Entries become the property of the Promoter.

 

6. The prize

There are two prizes: Each winner will receive a Complete Wellness Package gift voucher for City Cave Penrith, comprising:

– one 45-minute infrared sauna session;

– one 60-minute float session; and

– one 45-minute massage.

Each prize is valued at $229. The total prize value is $458 including GST, based on City Cave Penrith’s advertised prices as at Sunday, September 6, 2026.

Each prize:

– is for one person, unless City Cave Penrith’s own terms state otherwise;

– is not transferable to another person once claimed, is not exchangeable, and is not redeemable for cash;

– is subject to City Cave Penrith’s own terms and conditions of use, including its booking, cancellation, health screening and suitability requirements. Float therapy, infrared sauna and massage are not suitable for everyone. It is the winner’s responsibility to check with City Cave Penrith, and where relevant their doctor, before booking; and

– must be booked with City Cave Penrith directly, and all sessions are subject to availability.

The gift vouchers have no expiry date.

The Promoter is not responsible for any change to, withdrawal of, or failure to supply the prize by City Cave Penrith. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any approval required by law.

 

7. The draw

The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Monday 7 September 2026 at 12pm, at 2773 Pty Ltd, Ross Street, Glenbrook NSW 2773. 

The draw is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.


8. Notifying the winners

The winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details supplied on their entry form, within 2 business days of the draw.

The winner’s first name may be published on Cafe 2773 Glenbrook and/or Laughin’ Boy Cafe’s social media channels. By entering, you consent to this if you win.

9. Claiming the prize

The winners must collect the gift voucher in person from Cafe 2773 Glenbrook Laughin’ Boy Cafe, Emu Plains, during the cafe’s normal trading hours.

The winners must provide photo identification and the notification email when collecting the voucher.

The prize will not be posted or emailed.

10. Unclaimed prize

If the winner/s cannot be contacted, or does not collect the gift voucher, by Monday 7 December 2026, the Promoter will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner and will hold the prize until that date.

If the prize remains unclaimed after that date, an alternative winner will be drawn from the remaining valid entries on Tuesday 8 December at 12pm, at, and clauses 8 and 9 will apply to that winner.

 

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through the entry form is collected by 2773 Pty Ltd and City Cave Penrith and is used to conduct this promotion, to notify and publish the winner, and to send you marketing communications about Laughin’ Boy Cafe, 2773 Glenbrook, Conservation Hut Cafe, Brightside Bowls, Regatta Park Kitchen, and City Cave Penrith.

Your information may be disclosed to City Cave Penrith for the purpose of supplying the prize, and to service providers who help operate the entry form and email database.

12. General

– The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

– The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received for any reason, including technical failure of the QR code, landing page, internet connection or entry form.

– The Promoter may vary these terms, or cancel or suspend the promotion, where it is reasonably necessary to do so and where the law permits.

– Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from this promotion or from using the prize.

– This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW).

– This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales.
